My career at De Ruiter Grondwatertechniek bv started as a Work Planner\/Calculator, where I was responsible for preliminary calculations, quotations, working drawings and production orders. I contributed to efficiency improvements, including adjusting\/improving an existing calculation program in Excel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Later I switched to project management as a Project Supervisor and then as a Project Manager in the Service and Maintenance department. In this managerial role I am responsible for projects in my order book, both financially and technically. I manage a small team and ensure smooth implementation of projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to my work in groundwater technology, I have a passion for teaching. As a Mechatronics Teacher at Regio College Zaandam, I have developed innovative learning assignments and provided lessons for both construction and mechatronics classes. I was also involved in participant internships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My broad involvement is also evident from my extracurricular activities. As chairman of the control committee at Dartbond Zaanstreek Purmerend, I am responsible for course and competition controls. At IJs and Inline Skate Club Purmerend I fulfill the role of Secretary and membership administrator, where I also provide skating and inline skating lessons for youth members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am also involved in my personal development by taking courses, including a Swedish language course and specialized courses in geothermal energy.
